Blooming Stay Sassy Card

Oh, my goodness! The new Fun Stampers Journey Spring into Summer Catalog has so many inspiring samples that I am just loving it!  The Stay Sassy stamp set, SS-0578 from Fun Stampers Journey, is an absolute delight to play with and easy to color.  Here is my take on the sample on page 13 of the catalog.  What do you think?

 I colored in the girl using the Journey Color Splash pencils.  They have to be the best watercolor pencils that I have ever had the delight in using!  Vivid colors, blend with water beautifully and are so easy to use on regular Whip Cream cardstock.

After I colored the girl, I cut her out and layered her inside a rectangle that I popped up for dimension.  Using the Blooming Details Die Set, I created some flowers to accent the card and compliment the gorgeous new paper, Sunday Adventure Prints.

I am feeling the urge to duplicate another of the samples from the new "Celebrating Life's Moments" spring into summer catalog.  Which one will it be next?  Stay tuned till tomorrow.

Coffee Helps

I can smell the coffee brewing.  I got creative this morning while drinking my coffee and stamped a card using a new FSJ design that will be available on April 1st.  I just love a good cup of coffee!  What’s your favorite morning beverage?

Special Easter Treats

We had our Fun Stampers Journey Team day this last weekend and I wanted to make a special treat for each of the Gals. Don't you just love the bright, cheerful colors? It screams Easter. Wrapped inside is a small box of jelly beans.

I used the Window Pop Die Set to make the pop up shape to the card and then added flowers using the Blooming Details Die Set for the flower. Both are from Fun Stampers Journey and are available to order right now.

This was so easy and quick to make. I just love the colors!

Sneak Peek # 2 Christmas Card

 I am so very excited about the upcoming Christmas Card Class showcasing Fun Stampers Journey stamps.

Blazing hot background created with a brayer and ink.  This birthday card idea made with Fun Stampers Journey's stamps and dies.  Simple and quick stamping.

This background of rich colors was created with Lemon Drop and Candy Apple Fusion Ink Pads and a brayer.  This ink dries quickly and is very vibrant.  Awesome effect for a great birthday card!
